News From Liverpool Academy of Arts

From Liverpool Academy of Arts, 36 Seel Street.

carl-hodgson-125.jpgThe latest exhibition, Carl Hodgson‘s artistic comment on politics, society and life in general, runs from Tuesday 14th Nov to Friday 24th November.

It is a bold and colourful display of paintings, drawings and ceramics, which makes you think and admire. A not to be missed event!

Then if you’re ready to get in the festive spirit after that we have an open exhibition that we would love you to join in. If you would like to display you own works of art (all art work must be original and for sale) then apply to the gallery for entry forms and terms.
Art will need to be ready to go under the artistic Christmas tree (or hung on the gallery wall) by the 29th-30th November, for the exhibition 5th to 15th December.
And, as all the work will be for sale, what better place to go for a completely original Christmas present! No-one else will have one quite like it!

We would also like you to come to our Christmas Carol Concert featuring Academy Brass and guests on Wednesday 13th December. Apply soon as we have very few tickets left. Tickets £5.00 from the Gallery.
