From Lydia Bates…
There’s still a few weeks until the Liverpool Biennial begins and turns the city into one big art installation – the paintings, the people, the parties… oh the anticipation!
But never fear, The Artfinder’s Gallery is here to brighten up those early autumn days, opening, as it does, on Monday September 4th with an exhibition of work by 60’s icon, Sir Peter Blake. The doors will be opening at 3:30, and we’re going to stay open until 9pm, so you can either pop in on your way home from work, or you can nip home first for a change of clothes and a bite to eat.
There will be the obligatory drinks and nibbles
Tell your friends, tell your neighbours, tell that person in the office that you’ve been trying to impress for ages, and come and see Liverpool’s latest ‘place to be’.
