Free talks and hands-on events inspired by an exhibition of Victorian photography at the Lady Lever Art Gallery

The Lady Lever Art Gallery has arranged an exciting programme of free events to coincide with the beguiling exhibition Victorian Visions: 19th Century photography.

The exhibition explores the work of photographers embracing the new technology and reveals an era of creativity and romance. From fascinating talks by curators and academics to hands-on activities for all the family, the programme gives a thorough insight into the work on display.

Events are all free and drop-in unless stated otherwise:
A Victorian Christmas
Celebrate the holiday season by joining in our festive activities, from Victorian themed Christmas story-telling to making your own traditional cards and tree decorations.
