Call for entries: The Liverpool Open at Editions 2016

Deadline: 6pm on Friday 15 April 2016.

Call for entries
We are beginning preparations for the 7th Liverpool Open Exhibition at Editions Gallery and we are inviting Merseyside based artists and print makers to submit work for the 2016 Liverpool Open Exhibition. We can only hope that the response and the quality of work will be as fantastic as it has been in previous years. Many artists who regularly exhibit at Editions were introduced to us by their open submissions and subsequent selection.

To enter you are asked to complete the entry form and return it by email, together with good quality jpeg images of the work you wish to submit for the exhibition to liverpoolopen@editionsltd.net by 6pm on Friday 15th April 2016. Any entry form submitted after this date will not be considered.

The exhibition will run from the 12th May 2016 (Private View) to the 18th June 2016 at Editions Gallery, Cook Street, Liverpool.

Each selected artist will be invited to put up to 3 pieces of work in the exhibition and to be considered for selection you must be an artist or print maker resident in Merseyside.

The Exhibition is open to all forms of 2D work. Entries will be judged by an independent selection panel and therefore it is essential you provide good quality images. Artists will be contacted with the panel’s decision no later than Friday 29th April 2016. Artwork chosen for the exhibition will be required to be handed into the Gallery before 4pm on Saturday 7th May 2016.
