Tate Liverpool’s second floor gallery plays host to Living Room a collection display that links the institutional space of the museum to the familiar interior of the home. The works on display allude to the central role of domestic space in our lives and its representation as a subject matter for artists including Ivor Abrahams, Patrick Caulfield, Naum Gabo, Sherrie Levine, Susan Hiller and Gabriel Orozco. This collection display was Tate Liverpool’s contribution to Liverpool Biennial’s 2014 exhibition, A Needle Walks in to a Haystack.
