On Thursday 19 September Tate Liverpool will announce its exhibition programme for 2014 at the annual press conference, staged this year at Tate Modern in London.
Together with Tate Britain, Tate Modern and Tate St Ives, Tate Liverpool will publicly announce what exhibitions it will show next year, until summer 2014.
Highlights for the Albert Dock gallery include an exhibition of work by Dutch painter, Piet Mondrian (1872-1944) best know for his iconic grid work as well as an exhibition of British work from the 1980s by artists including Sonia Boyce, Helen Chadwick and Anish Kapoor. Tate Liverpool will also host the largest solo exhibition of work in the UK by female Indian artist, Nasreen Mohamedi.
