An exhibiton of startling and unusual paintings by Susan Brown. Using the medium Hammerite as a starting point oil paint is then applied as an over layer to create interesting effects. The lotus is rooted in the mud but floats on the water without becoming wet or muddy.  This symbolises how one should live in the world untouched by one’s surroundings. Exhibition details
