St Luke’s (Bombed Out) Church: Forgiveness, a participatory art installation

13 June – 31 August 2012

‘Forgiveness’ is the second part of a trilogy of community art installations , designed by Keith Calvert, to be a portal for consciousness raising, created within a scared space.

This year, the participatory art project focuses on the notion of forgiveness. The project aims to bring people together and bind them in community through shared experience.

By leaving Forgiveness Notes in the Teepee, participants will have a raised awareness of self and of others. The process will enable people to become more aware of one another’s forgiving natures. This subtle effect raises consciousness of forgiveness.

A forgiving community is born from the telling of people’s forgiveness stories.
