Set up and Support Assistant- 37.5 hours per week, £15,387.72 per annum plus staff benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Lowry and Quaytickets ticketing operation.  The team currently sells tickets on behalf of The Lowry and for more than 50 other clients all over the UK, including Manchester International Festival, Manchester Pride, Stockport Plaza Theatre, National Cycling Centre and many more.

As part of the Set Up and Support team you will be responsible for administering, checking and amending events on the Audience View ticketing system.  You will also deal with event promoters enquiries, financial reports and will gain experience of event set up.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care skills, a sharp eye for detail that can be maintained even when repeating a checking process many times across a range of events.  You will also possess a high degree of numeracy and literacy and will have experience of using or have the ability to use a complex computer booking system at an advanced level.

Whilst previous experience of working with the Audience View ticketing system in a similar ticket agency environment is desirable it is not essential as training will be provided.

You will be required to work alternating weeks of Mon – Fri 9:30 – 17:30 and Mon – Fri 12:00 – 20:00 and one Saturday in every four.
