Senior Steward, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic

Reporting to the Event Manager, our Senior Stewarding team is responsible for direct supervision of our Stewards, ensuring that high standards are maintained across all areas of our front of house operation. You will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing fantastic customer service, both as an individual and as part of a team.

This is a variable hour contract. On average, we anticipate that the work will be approximately 15 hours per week, with the exception of August where we have no events. Event activity at Liverpool Philharmonic takes place 7 days per week. Shifts are primarily after 5.00pm each day, however there are additional morning and matinee concerts throughout each season.

The salary for this post is £8.16 per hour.
