We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our small, dedicated team of six staff.
If you have a passion for film and digital media and current experience delivering high quality projects in a youth, community or arts setting this is an exciting opportunity for you to further develop your skills and gain valuable experience as part of a small professional team.
The role involves taking a leading role in developing and delivering Signal’s extensive and highly acclaimed youth and community film and digital media programme. You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects to a high standard within project timescales and budgets. Essential skills include project management and administration, clear and appropriate communication and an ability to share your enthusiasm with others.
Signal Film and Media is based in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, at Cooke’s Studios, a newly refurbished Grade II listed building on the outskirts of the Lake District, one hour from the M6 and two hours north of Manchester.
The company has won several awards for short film production and is a Regional Delivery Partner for the BFI Film Academy and for the Random Acts Centre North. It is an Arts Award Centre and strives to deliver a high quality experience for participants, whatever their ability, age or experience.
