As our capital refurbishment project comes to a close and in advance of launching our exciting new venue, Music Room, a number of full and part time vacancies in our Customer Experience and Operations Teams are now available.
An important part of the Customer Experience and Operations team, this post is responsible for operational delivery across the site ensuring services are offered to agreed standards of excellence, managed safely and efficiently and customers receive a warm welcome. Primarily, the post holder(s) will operate the Liverpool Philharmonic car park on Caledonia Street, managing use by the public, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider operations team including the Buildings Maintenance Manager and Friary Premises Officer. In addition, they will provide general support to the Maintenance Team undertaking basic repairs, maintenance and cleaning, unlock and lock up services, porterage and other general premises support as required.
The rate of pay for the Premises Assistant post will be £7.14 per hour.
