Non-Formal Learning Manager, The Hepworth Wakefield

We are seeking to appoint an experienced programme manager to join our award winning Learning team to manage our non-formal learning programmes.

The Hepworth Wakefield’s Learning Programme supports the region’s children to enjoy and benefit of the gallery and its collection from a young age. Crucially, it provides a continuous learning journey from early years to school, through to adolescence and adulthood supported by our coordinated Family, Schools, and Adult Learning Programmes.

The role of the Non-Formal Learning Manager is to devise, deliver and evaluate the non-formal learning programmes for families, adults, young people outside of formal education and adults with additional needs, and for the day-to-day functions of the Non-Formal Learning Programme. This will include managing the Family Learning Programme Coordinator (PT) and Youth Programme Assistant (PT) and a team of freelance Creative Practitioners whilst liaising with partners to deliver existing and develop new programmes of work and projects.
