New Gallery Opens in Kirkby

Capitalists of Culture have just opened a new gallery – The Joe Hill Gallery at the Kirkby Unemployed Centre

The first exhibition features the work of
Michael Kirby, Joe Ankrah, Diana Krilova, Michael Pace-Sigge and Ray Fallon

The Joe Hill Gallery
Westhead Avenue, Northwood, Kirkby, Knowsley

The Exhibition will run from 1st May 2007 to 8th June 2007
The Gallery is open Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 16.00 except Bank Holidays

A Special Inclusion will take place during the exhibition by a group of young people from Kirkby. Their work will sit along side those on show and one of the artists in the show will provide a professional coaching session supporting their work.

Much of the work on show has never been seen in public before.
