Marketing Officer, The Everyman & Playhouse

Tenure: Full-time, permanent
The post is subject to a three month probationary period
Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Sales
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
I. To create and deliver marketing campaigns for LMTT’s work.
II. To contribute creative and innovative ideas in delivering LMTT’s Audience* Development
Strategy, increasing income and achieving our audience development targets.
III. To develop the next generation of theatre makers and audiences through Young Everyman and
Playhouse (supporting the learning and development of the YEP Communications Team in
particular).
IV. To work collaboratively with all the audience facing teams to develop and deliver the Audience
Experience Plan.
