Learning & Engagement Coordinator, House for an Art Lover

This post is to support the Arts and Heritage Officer in the development, delivery and promotion of an exciting and meaningful arts and heritage learning programme both at House for an Art Lover and off site within the wider community. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to initiate and build on existing plans and to develop and deliver this work. You will deliver and support learning for the widest range of audiences to engage in meaningful and innovative activities inspired by the House and the exhibitions and projects delivered here. This includes programmes for schools and colleges; young people; families; community groups and adult audiences through public programmes, interpretation and targeted projects. You will supervise additional Learning project staff and the large pool of artists and educators with whom House for an Art Lover regularly works and along with the Arts & Heritage Officer will take an active lead in devising and evaluating projects, administrating budgets, fundraising and developing a strategic plan for the learning programme in the future.

Part time (24 hr week), 12 months fixed term
