We need a positive and flexible team player to provide administrative support to the Head of Learning and other members of the Learning department. It’s a rare opportunity to take on a varied and interesting role on a part-time basis. You’ll deal with enquiries, correspondence, and data management while maintaining the department’s financial records, providing admin support for university and European partnerships, and organising meetings and running the office.

Whether you’re looking for a new challenge that fits around your other activities or returning to work after having a family, you will have significant administrative experience. Skilled in meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands, you will bring working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience of database management. Your interest in and commitment to the work of Tate will shine through.

Located on the Albert Dock, Tate Liverpool is one of the UK’s largest galleries of modern and contemporary outside London. An international gallery in a regional centre, we show the Tate Collection of modern and contemporary art in new and innovative ways alongside ambitious temporary exhibitions. Join our committed team, and help take our collections to the widest audience possible.
