IT Infrastructure Engineer

As a member of the centralised IT Team, you will provide technical leadership in the maintenance, development, security and capacity management of the Arts Council’s IT infrastructure. Providing a 3rd line support service to the organisation, you will ensure that business critical systems are continuously available and perform effectively. You will, assist in the development of technical standards and, on occasion, project-manage small infrastructure projects.

The primary technologies in use are Microsoft (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, SQL), Linux, VMware, Citrix, NetApp and Cisco.

To succeed in this role you will require an in depth knowledge of at least two of the above technology areas.
