Clifford is an academic painter of both life & imaginative works, who was born, grew up and studied in Toxteth, Liverpool, where he still continues to paint and sculpt.

Following the traditions of past masters in form and technique with a contemporary twist. The works on show debut the newly borne "ISM" blatantly literal, in the absence of meaning. Works will be for sale.
