We are seeking two talented individuals to join our Development Department to cover a period of maternity leave and ensure we achieve our fundraising ambitions. Fundraising at e&P covers all aspects including individual giving, trusts and corporate support. We are at a pivotal stage in our fundraising development with opportunities to take an imaginative approach to building on these strong foundations and enhance our future fundraising capability.
Head of Development (maternity cover) – ref RDC
This is a fixed term contract from mid-April 2016 – 30 April 2017
The successful candidate will lead the e&P’s fundraising operation to ensure maximum, sustainable income from philanthropic and grant-making sources. The Head of Development will work closely with the Executive Director, Board Members and senior volunteers and will manage the Development team.
Development Officer (maternity cover) – ref ATC
This is a fixed term contract from early March 2016 – 31 November 2016 (with the possibility of extension to 31 March 2017)
This is key role within the Development Department, coordinating the Development Office’s donations, stewardship and information management systems and supporting all areas of fundraising activity, particularly approaches to charitable trusts and foundations.
