An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bluecoat for a Front of House Manager with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will play a vital role in the delivery of Bluecoat’s visitor experience and be operational lead on all aspects of the front of house management of Bluecoat, implementing a brand-appropriate approach across key customer-facing functions including hospitality. As well as delivering visitor facing aspects of our day to day to offer this includes one-off events of all scales and regular events.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven record of excellent people management, a passion for excellent customer service and a vision of how hospitality can make a more integrated contribution to visitor experience.
