‘Everton v the City of Liverpool’- photography by Christian Petersen
19 January – 31 January, 2009
1st Floor, 110 Bold Street (the Kind Charity shop, opposite Coffee Union Cafe)
Its concerned with adressing the inequalities that mark Liverpools social/economic/cultural landscape and have resulted in Liverpool having the widest and fastest growing gap between rich and poor in the country.
The exhibition is focused on Everton, the inner city ward of North Liverpool and the the difficulties it faces on a day to day basis as one of the poorest wards in the country, despite being a stones throw from the booming and regenerated city centre of Liverpool.
It’s in a temporary space on Bold Street (the Kind Charity shop 110 bold street).
Mon – Sat 10.00-16.00 / Free entrance
