    BALLET MÉCANIQUE/ MEN AND MACHINERY
    EXPLORATIONS IN PRINTMAKING
    11 JANUARY – 22 FEBRUARY 2019 AT 10.00–13.00

Explore the idea of ‘man and machine’ in this 7-week course in association with the WEA.

Inspired by Fernand Léger‘s groundbreaking Dada film Ballet Mécanique, which will feature in our exhibition, this course invites you to explore the concept of ‘man and machine’. Through a series of photomontage and drawing workshops, you will be encouraged to creatively respond to Léger’s work through monoprinting and collagraph printing processes. Suitable for beginners and improvers.

Programmed in association with the Workers’ Educational Association.
