Discover why a lack of time is no longer a good enough excuse for not exercising. Take part in activities in four different zones – a lab, a gym, a living room and workplace – to see how you can fit High Intensity Interval Training (HIT) into your everyday routines.
In an era where “lack of time” prevents many from exercising high intensity interval training (HIT) has become the fastest growing trend in the health and fitness industry, due to being time efficient. The aim of this exhibit is to demonstrate to the public how LJMU’s pioneering research has informed HIT’s growth and how HIT can be incorporated into a time pressured lifestyle.
