Development Team Administrator – 2 years fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, £17,000 per annum plus staff benefits
The Lowry is the most visited cultural venue in Greater Manchester and one of the UK’s leading combined arts organisations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator with excellent organisation skills to support The Lowry’s Development team, who generate donations and fundraised income to support The Lowry’s work in our galleries, theatres and in the local community.
The Development Team Administrator plays a key role in event support including guest list management for our annual calendar of stewardship, recruitment and fundraising events for supporters and stakeholders, as well as prospect research and assisting in the activation of our fundraising appeals and membership schemes, as well as gift processing. The Development Team Assistant will also be responsible for the day to day management of our private members VIP bar, the Quay Club.
An excellent communicator, with the ability to work independently and proactively you will be able to prioritise deadlines, multitask with a very high level of attention to detail.
