One of the most successful Development teams in the cultural sector is expanding and we are seeking a highly-motivated account manager to deliver and maintain sector-leading partnerships with leading corporate sponsors.

The Science Museum was founded in 1857 and cares for the nation’s historical science, technology and medical collections.

Our collections contain the objects that have made science such a pervasive and powerful element in modern culture.  At the Science Museum, we understand the importance of STEM education and the impact science has on our world and on our lives. The many problems the world is currently facing will rely upon scientific and technological solutions. As one of the world’s leading centres of informal scientific learning and an organisation dedicated to inspiring future generations, we are an important part of the solution.

Through a dynamic programme of new galleries, blockbuster exhibitions and world class learning programmes, the Science Museum is transforming itself through an ambitious Masterplan. As a result, this is a very exciting time to join the Development Department.

You will be individually responsible for a portfolio of corporate sponsorship accounts working to deliver long term, high-value strategic partnerships with these global brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a bold, dynamic, world-renowned organisation with incredible vision, and to play a key part in a team with a strong track record in corporate fundraising.

Interviews will be conducted on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th June and there will be a second stage for successful candidates.
