DaDaFest – the award winning festival – returns. 17 November – 5 December 2009 at Various Venues
This year is more reflective; creating art that captures some of the issues and experiences we come across as disabled and deaf people. It is regrettable that we have become used to moments of silence, judgment, misunderstanding and patronising behaviour. The power of the arts can change our thinking by challenging some of these ‘imperfect moments’.
Join in the DaDaAwards and Dinner on 3rd December as part of International Disabled Peoples Day. On 5th December we mark 1,000 days until the launch of the UK Paralympics Games – when DaDa goes national!
Includes exhibitions: C.U.C.- DaDaFest 09: Resistance
