In association with the BBC Radio 3 Festival of Free Thinking, the Big Screen Liverpool presents an international selection of video art and interactive work that responds to pervasive surveillance. Hail the rise of the all-seeing eye.

Artists include Manu Luksch (UK/AT), Penelope Cain (AU), Katy Connor (UK), Michael Bell-Smith (USA, a classic music video from director Michel Gondry (UK/FR) and a new interactive outdoor application from Liverpool’s own ICDC.
