Liverpool Artwork of the Day - 'Winter Wonderland' by Pete Carr

Pete Carr is a local photographer who I think has made a lot of progress over the past year and will hopefully go on to greater things this year.
He now his own distinctive style and his website with his 'Daily Pete' blog is an excellent showcase for his work.
I subscribe to his RSS feed and always look forward to the daily image.

'Winter Wonderland' was actually taken on a sunny summer's day on the Wirral but clever use of an infra-red filter has created a negative image so that it looks like a snow scene.
