I am expected to present to the Arts Council of England and the Independents Board, no later than April 2007, recommendations for the future development and strengthening of the Independents. As a 2006 participating Independent your opinion is of critical importance.

Dyingfrog Arts Network has been commissioned to survey your opinion. Please complete the Independents feedback form (www.dyingfrog.co.uk/independents) to ensure your views inform the recommendations and so we may inform you of future developments and opportunities.

The return and completion of this form by participants, no later than December 21, 2006, will guarantee the inclusion of their names in the Independents Critical Review (to be published January 2007).
