The Bridewell Gallery Seeks Volunteers

From Vanessa Bartlett, Gallery Coordinator...

The Bridewell Gallery in Prescot Street, Liverpool is looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to help invigilate a series of four exhibitions that will be running in our exhibition space until March next year. The gallery will be open 12-5 Wednesday to Sunday and volunteers will be responsible for, invigilating the exhibition, monitoring visitor numbers, informing members of the public about the artwork, helping with some basic administration duties.

A small bursary will be provided to cover expenses. There may also be an opportunity to help staff a small programme of artist run workshops and talks that are scheduled for early next year.

This is a really good opportunity for students to develop professional experience in the field of visual arts, or for people with no previous arts experience to get involved in something different!

If you are interested or would like to find our more, please contact Vanessa Bartlett the Gallery Coordinator on 07810627763 or 0151 263 6730. Or Email vc.bartlett@hotmail.com
