Chinese Art at Anglican Cathedral

xia lu 1.jpgxia lu 2.jpg

This is the second exhibition at Liverpool Cathedral this year curated by Xia Lu and Denise Wong. The first, in April, was a mixture of large works by renowned Chinese artists and smaller works by Xia Lu herself.

This one also has some of Lu's work as well as some large paintings and a selection of beautifully crafted silk embroideries by some 20 famous Beijing artists.
Its well worth a look and you can have your name written in Chinese as Xia Lu is also a skilled calligrapher.

From July 7th to 14th 2006 09-16.00 each day at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral
