ECHOES

Everyday at 10.00am, 12.00pm, 2.30pm, 4.00pm & 7.00pm
Big Screen Liverpool, Clayton Square, L1 1QR

TATJANA MARUSIC (DE) EVA TEPPE (DE) & VICTOR ALIMPIEV (RU)

37Seconds tenth programme of contemporary artists’ film & video curated exclusively for The Big Screen Liverpool brings together the stunning video works of three international rising stars.

From Tatjana Marusic’s photographic memory-scape 'It goes very, very slowly so there is time to get accustomed', Victor Alimpiev’s class room scene, in which the menacing tapping of children's fingers translates the rhythm of intermittent 'Summer lightnings'; to Eva Teppe’s mesmerising depiction of bodies falling through space in 'The world is all that is the case'; this programme resonates with a sense of being caught, suspended between place and time like an echo.
