MEDIA TRAINING NORTH WEST/CDNN

MTNW is the industry led agency for training in the television, radio, film, video and interactive media industries in the north west. Based at the BBC in Manchester, we deliver a range of training and support across our region.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to work with the professional broadcasting body, Cultural Diversity Network North (CDNN).

Diversity Manager
Salary c £ 20,000
To work with and support the Diversity Director in order to develop a varied programme of training and development activities that address and respond to the Cultural Diversity Network North’s (CDNN) priority agenda. He/she will:
• Develop, manage and coordinate a diversity delivery programme aligned to the CDNN’s priority agenda
• Monitor and evaluate impact and effectiveness of delivery
• Manage programme budget,
• Populate and manage a talent database
