Modern Art Course at Tate

From Tate Liverpool website, I don't know for sure whether there's still vacancies.

A Century of Modern Art
Thursdays 19 January 2006 – 23 March 2006, 18.00–20.00

Interested in art, but always wanted to know more? Join art historians at Tate and explore the movements, artists and ideas that transformed art in the twentieth century. Explore the trends and shifts that lead us from Edouard Manet to Piet Mondrian and from Pablo Picasso to Postmodernism. Examine the issues and debates that underpin modern and contemporary art, and find out how historical developments impacted upon the way artists made and thought about their work.

This informal ten-week course consists of interactive slide lectures, discussions, presentations and gallery workshops. No experience is necessary.

Tate Liverpool First floor education room
£85 (£70 concessions), booking required
