I'm taking this art business very seriously this year. I have already mentioned the Artists Yearbook I bought. Now I have the Art Diary International for 2005/06 published by Giancarlo Politi in Italy via Flash Art Online.
I wouldn't really describe it as a diary myself but it lists a great many galleries, museums, artists, curators, associations, consultants, magazines, critics and art shows. They're listed in country order from Argentina to Thailand. I noticed an error straight away, the list of biennales at the front of the book has Liverpool Biennial but gives the address as Gwangju, Republic of Korea. www.gwangju-biennale.org
I'm sure that's not right!
