Transvoyeur Artists Call for Film Project Collaboration: George Lund and Jo Derbyshire.

George Lund and Jo Derbyshire are in the process of researching and developing propositions independently on the diverse themes of their art.

Both wish to collaborate with film makers to support the filming and editing of these.

George Lund
Lund wants to take the alter ego of the Funkadelic Chicken, a live art character derived from his niave abstract paintings and utopian philosophical discourse, and place in the context of everday life with a sattirical twist of the sublime juxtaposed to the realism.

Jo Derbyshire
Derbyshire has structured a concept to fuse contemporary art practice in the realms of urban environment, where the audience interaction of the general populace can share in the mutual experience of creativity. The outcome is one of a happening, but to be documented through digital technology and the symbiosis to evovle further through this media.

These projects will be submitted by the artists to an international screening programme under Transvoyeur later this year. The film makers and artists whom collaborate with Lund and Derbyshire are open to submit further independently to the overall programme with their own work too.
