Looks quite like a photo but it is a lovely realist painting by Mike Kirby. It looks like Duke St to me.

Mike says "Before moving back to Liverpool I spent over 20 years working in London as a freelance illustrator. I am now concentrating on painting full time. I would regard my self as a realist,

I work in oil and watercolour. Like most artists I am interested in the effects of light but also in textures. I would say my overall aim is to be truthful."
