LIVERPOOL EUROPEAN CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2008
CULTURAL STRATEGY CONSULTANT

The European Capital of Culture 2008 represents a once in a lifetime opportunity for Liverpool to reposition itself as a world class city.

Liverpool is currently a city of increasing opportunities and is undergoing a resurgence of massive significance.
Liverpool City Council in Partnership with Liverpool First and the City's Arts and Cultural sector wish to employ consultants to develop a new Cultural Strategy and Delivery Plan for the City of Liverpool 2008-2013.
The Strategy and Delivery Plan will provide strategic direction and will focus on maximising the legacy impacts of European Capital of Culture 2008.

You will have:
•A successful track record in Cultural Strategy development
•A flexible and original approach
•Knowledge, experience and understanding of consulting widely with diverse communities
•An appreciation of the importance of communicating with all stakeholders and of working in a political environment
