LARC - Programme Director Vacancy

Ok, so where the heck did this Liverpool Arts and Regeneration Consortium spring up from?
And what's Arts Council England funded Thrive - Liverpool programme?

Moira Kenny has just set up Liverpool Arts Regeneration (Ltd) so that's going to be a bit confusing.
Can't find any more info - certainly not on the Arts Council website.

Comments

Sorry Ian.

The Arts Council seem to have been off sick when they did the workshop on basic good manners.

Can someone explain this more? Or is it one of those projects were money is pumped in for very little. Tried to do research on LARC and Thrive, but nothing is coming up. So, anyone who knows more, please post here? Thank you.

I'd guess that it had to do with the Cultural Leadership program which (rather laughably) is being administered by the Arts Council.

Don't know though. Perhaps someone would be gracious enough to enlighten us.
