What are Contemporary Urban Centres?
A new idea for the 21st Century, the Novas Contemporary Urban Centre is an Arts, Cultural and Social Enterprise reflecting the themes of contemporary life from the point of view of marginalised and excluded communities.
Keep your eyes peeled for the neon Novas Contemporary Urban Centre logo across Liverpool in future months!
