(N)ICE (Icelandic Cultural Events) Festival is a new festival taking place in Liverpool, with the main Activities commencing from 29th November - 2nd of December 2007.

ICE aim is to celebrate the connection between Liverpool, Merseyside and the Nordic Countries with building of partnerships between various Arts and Cultural organisations and individuals.

ICE has as part of its program a Film and documentary festival, Visual Art, Architecture, Theatre, Music, Food, and we have just formed a partnership with Formby College introducing a short stories competition for 12 years and younger and 12-16, where the winners will be taken to Iceland by Icelandair.

We would welcome any participation and partnership and friendship with anyone in Liverpool and Merseyside to help us make this Festival a success.
