A Polish artist needs you!
Krzysztof Wodiczko wants to talk to troops and their families about their experiences … and in return he’ll beam their words onto buildings around Liverpool this autumn.
The project has been commissioned by FACT… the city’s Foundation of Art and Creative Technology…
Mr Wodiczko says he will record the conversation in the way that suits you best; either in writing or by tape or video recorder.
He’ll then turn the words into a film and use a Land Rover to beam them onto buildings at a festival this September.
He says you can be anonymous.
He also said: “The project is about sharing with others what it is really like to serve your country and the challenges involved in doing so – promoting greater understanding in the general public.
“This isn’t about politics or the rights and wrongs of war. It’s about you and your personal experiences.”
