Biennial Closing Auction. 30 Nov 08

Take your cheque books with you on Sunday for the Liverpool Biennial auction as they clear out lots of cool stuff from the visitor centre and a couple of the installations. Lots of almost-new furniture, biennial branded bicycles, even hats (beautifully modeled here by Sean).

I’m tempted to rescue that potted plant if nothing else.

All details in the catalogue which you can download (its 14mb!) from the biennial website

On 30 November at the Liverpool Biennial visitor centre, we will be auctioning off a whole host of MADE UP items, from Biennial bicycles to decommissioned artworks. The auction will start at 12 noon, entry is free, and refreshments will be provided.

Free Crap Furniture from the A Foundation

Anyone need an old chair, table, wardrobe? Pop into the A Foundation on Greenland Street this Saturday or Sunday (29 / 30 Nov 2008) 12-18.00 and take away some of the stuff that was part of the Artists Anonymous installation.

Check with the staff first though, you can’t take everything. Its free but of course donations are welcome.

Mrs J has her eye on that gold bath – seduced by the bling I reckon.
