Is this a new post to that of Lewis Biggs or is he leaving the Biennial ... ??? If the latter ... then NNNOOOO!!!! Yes, the Biennial strove for autonomy from its predecessor, due to control and politics dictating development, but Biggs did an excellent job in bringing forward arts and culture from the international forum and arts market to the city of Liverpool. God help us if an employee of the A Foundation goes for the post, then things do truly go full circle and nothing has changed and a facade from similar quandaries and power games in the Independents strand ... Not good! Please say this assumption is wrong?????

Yes.
Your assumption is wrong. Thank goodness.
The new post is a right-hand man/woman to concentrate on fund-raising, marketing, pr etc. leaving Lewis more time for the arty side.

I guess the persons first challenge will be to raise the £45K to pay him/herself!

That is a relief.
