NML Trading Ltd is currently recruiting a Administration Manager who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Commercial Operations and Senior Management Team.
This is a key role within NML Trading ltd, the successful candidate will provide timely and effective administrative support to the Director of Commercial Operations (DoCO) and the NML Trading Senior Management Team (NMLT SMT), particularly in the planning of the DoCO’s diary, financial management administration, preparation and briefings/minutes for meetings both within and outside NMLT.
To thrive in this role you will have proven administration experience, exceptional organisational, communication and people skills deployable in a multi-site environment. You will ideally hold a business administration qualification and have experience working in a fast paced commercial environment.
You will demonstrate a commitment to quality, have exceptionally high standards and a willingness to work in a challenging environment and a flexible approach to work. You will have excellent communication skills and the temperament to ensure that you can control difficult situations calmly and with confidence. An eye for detail is essential, you will be professional and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
NML Trading Ltd is the trading arm of National Museums Liverpool and operates all commercial retail, catering and conference activity. You will be part of the Company Services Division.
