The winner of the FalloutFactory 2013 Annual Competition is Liverpool-based photographer and Art in Liverpool regular Patrick M. Higgins.
Due to the success of his latest exhibition, Another Look will be getting a second showing at Liverpool University’s School of Histories, Languages and Cultures in Abercromby Square now until April.
