SOMEWHERE between Charles Saatchi and Albert Steptoe sits Adam Nankervis. For two years, the Australian-born 40-year-old has been in Liverpool exhibiting work by artists from local unknowns to Francis Bacon and David Hockney.
But, unlike more conventional art galleries with bare white walls and polished floors, inside Mr Nankervis’s Georgian flat in Rodney Street – named MuseumMAN – everything is on show.
Thousands of pieces of art work cover the walls – and much of the floor – in his living room, kitchen and bathroom.
