I am a photographic artist who studied Fine Art Printmaking at Manchester Metropolitan University.

All the work is professionally printed, using the very best of materials and the acrylic/glass frames are produced specifically for each piece of work.

statement:

The process to creating my work, is to mix the old with the new. To combine traditional printmaking techniques with today’s sophisticated photographic and digital print processes.

The collaboration with the old and the new, together with the strong visual style of images created, bring together an innovative and individual contemporary collection of work which reverberates traditions from the past.

news:

June 2006 – I have been awarded a grant from the Arts Council to research and develop my next body of work.

‘Androgyne’ (which was on show at Blackburne House) has been selected by The Association of Cities and Regions of Culture, based in Paris. The image will be illustrated on the promotional material for Les Rencontres D’Liverpool and will be distributed to 1500 delegates across Europe.

I have been included as a Case Study for the book “T-Shirts and Suits” (A guide to the Business of Creativity) by David Parish which is due for release in November. Earlier this year

I made the decision to concentrate full time on her career as an artist. Viridian Artists gallery in Chelsea, New York included a selection of my work in their affiliate show this summer and have since invited me to become a full time member. Representation from this gallery will include solo, group and touring shows.
