I am always on the look out for new ideas, and my work changes as I absorb a broad range of influences. I strive to depict atmosphere of a moment as well as paying careful attention to detail. I find inspiration for my work can strike at any time, either through my own emotional response to a situation, the mood of a moment or some imaginary expression. I am inspired by the whole concept of the creative process. The idea that a blank canvas can be turned into something that someone will cherish is very exciting to me.I believe In order to create a work of quality basic elements such as balance; form and content must work in harmony.I have recently visited the great cultural areas of central and South America. I found the environment of great artistic inspiration and have already started on a number of connected projects.
